Central Seal is always seeking employees with a clean driving record. We require our employees to have a Class B CDL (with airbrakes) license to work full time. We are hosting a driver training program in mid March for the upcoming striping season. Our season usually begins in April and ends in early October. Most weeks involve a 60 hour work week on the road (weather permitting). While on the road, Central Seal provides hotel accomodation for its employees. The work schedule is organized by the crew supervisor. While working in distant areas, the supervisor may elect to work 10 days on and 4 days off.

In order to maintain a safe work environment for both our employees and the traveling public, we require our drivers to be subject to scheduled and random drug testing throughout the season. We also ask that applicants complete a certificate of violations in order to ensure that they meet the minimum requirements for safe driving.

If you are interested in working for Central Seal, please call the head office 859.236.2367. We usually do most of our hiring during February and March with work commencing in April.

Prospective employees will receive consideration without discrimination because of race, creed, color, sex, age, national origin, handicap or veteran status.
